Who is Yusuf Dakich?
This is not the first time that 51-year-old Yusuf Dakich has participated in the Olympics. Since 2008, he has competed in every Summer Olympics.
This time Yusuf finished 13th in the singles events at the Olympics but managed to win a medal in the mixed doubles.
Now they have their eyes on the 2028 Olympics.
Yusuf wrote on his Instagram “I hope that I can win a gold medal in the Olympics in Los Angeles in 2028.”
Yusuf says that he is happy that he has been able to win the first Olympic medal for Turkey. He attributed his victory to the people of Turkey.
