Sultana Bibi from the Shamshal area of Hunza Valley has become the third Pakistani woman to conquer the world’s second-highest peak K2.
Following in the footsteps of Samina Baig and Naila Kayani, they scaled the 8,611-meter peak this morning. Sultana accomplished the feat in the eyes of Sarbaz Ali, both climbers summiting K2 today.
The mountaineer made herself one of the few women in the country to summit the savage mountain.
