National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has arrested former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in another case.
On Saturday, Tehreek-e-Insaf filed a pre-arrest bail application in the accountability court of NAB against the inquiry report of NAB. On this request, the accountability court of NAB had also issued a notice to the NAB officials, but in the meantime, Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were arrested by the NAB.
According to legal experts, after the amendments in the NAB law, now the accused can be arrested and detained by NAB for 40 days.
An official of Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail told the BBC that a NAB team led by Deputy Director Mohsin Haroon came to Adiala Jail on Saturday and found another case of ‘Tosha Khana Two’ in which gold jewelry and watches were stolen. An inquiry into the sale was underway, leading to the arrest of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
It should be noted that the sentence given in the case of marriage during Eid was annulled on Saturday afternoon by the District and Sessions Judge of Islamabad, Muhammad Afzal Majuka, and also issued an order regarding the release of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi. was
The officials of the Supreme Court reached Adiala Jail to execute the warrant and after executing the warrant, the NAB team, which was already present inside the Adiala Jail, arrested Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
Apart from Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly Umar Ayub, other party leaders have reached outside the jail to welcome Bushra Bibi after her possible release and these PTI leaders say that they have not been informed until they were informed. It is known that Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi have been arrested till that time they will not go outside the Adiala Jail.

Can more than one case be filed repeatedly on the same facts?
Tehreek-e-Insaf filed a request in the Islamabad High Court that separate cases of the same nature cannot be registered.
The court granted this request and adjourned the hearing till October. In this petition, PTI contends that Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi are already on bail in Tosha Khana, and filing more such cases against them is against the law.
